Personal data processed

As of 17 September 2026 the appointment request form is not published on the site. It was removed because it was not connected to any endpoint; no personal data is currently collected through this website. Contact is by telephone and WhatsApp only. The description below applies once the form is published again.

Personal data is processed through this website only if you complete the appointment request form. If you do not complete the form, no data identifying you is collected by the site.

• Identity data: name and surname
• Contact data: telephone number
• Content of your request: the subject you are interested in, your preferred time and anything you write in the free text field

If you write information about your health in the free text field, that data is special category personal data under Article 6 of the Law. You are not obliged to write health information there; a name and telephone number are enough for an appointment request.

Health data processed during examination and treatment falls outside the scope of this notice and is handled separately within the clinic's medical records.

Purposes of processing

• Assessing your appointment request and responding to you
• Establishing and maintaining communication about your request
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal grounds

Your name and telephone number are processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law, so that contact can be made following your request.

If you write health data in the free text field, it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 6(3). Ticking the consent box when submitting the form expresses that consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than public authorities legally entitled to it. No transfer abroad takes place.

This site uses no analytics software, advertising pixels, chat tools or embedded social media content, so no data is transferred to third-party service providers.

Retention

Once your appointment request has been concluded, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the purpose of processing ends, subject to any retention periods required by applicable legislation.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
• To request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

Applications may be made in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
