As of 17 September 2026 the appointment request form is not published on the site. No data is currently collected through the site; contact is by telephone and WhatsApp. The description below applies once the form is published again.
The only place data is collected on this site is the appointment request form. Unless the form is completed, no data identifying you is collected.
Server access logs may be kept by the hosting provider for technical and security reasons. These logs are not used for marketing.
Patient confidentiality
Information learned during examination and treatment is covered by medical confidentiality and is not shared without the patient's explicit consent.
Before and after photographs are published only where written consent has been obtained. Declining has no effect on treatment, and consent given can be withdrawn later.
Contact via WhatsApp
Messages sent on WhatsApp travel through that service's own infrastructure and are subject to its privacy policy.
We suggest sharing detailed information about your health at the examination rather than through that channel.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS.
No payment is taken through the site, and card or bank details are never requested at any stage. If you receive a message asking for them, disregard it and confirm by telephoning the clinic.
